Shipping policy

U.S. SHIPPING CUT OFF TIMES

  • All orders received before 1:00 PM PST Monday thru Friday will ship that same day or on the requested future shipping date.
  • Orders received after 1:00 PM PST will ship the following business day.
  • Orders placed after the shipping cut-offs may still arrive on time, depending on your delivery location. 
  • We will deliver your order by the time promised, using the most effective delivery services available. Adverse conditions can sometimes affect holiday shipments, we may need to ship your order early to guarantee on-time delivery.

U.S. SHIPPING METHODS

BellaGeneration Hair System offers free USPS shipping service within the United States. Standard shipping service will be USPS. We are not responsible for shipping delays due to inclement weather. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military APO/DPO/FPO addresses. If you live in an area experiencing an unexpected service delay (severe weather, natural disasters, unscheduled events, etc.) please add an additional 1 to 2 days to the estimated delivery date of your order.

SHIPPING NOTIFICATION

When your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping notification email from us containing your tracking information. With this number, you will be able to monitor the progress of your package as it is in transit to you.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES AND REFUSED DELIVERY

We will make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to insure it is recognized as a valid address with FedEx. If we are unable to validate the address and we are unable to contact the customer to provide an updated address, the order will be cancelled and refunded.

In the event the customer provides an incorrect or partial shipping address when placing their order and it's returned by the carrier or if delivery is refused and returned to sender, BellaGeneration Hair System will cancel the order and provide a full refund of the original purchase price.

BellaGeneration Hair System will not be held responsible If the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we are unable to recover the package.

MISSING OR STOLEN SHIPMENTS

If you didn't receive your order but the shipping carrier is reporting that it has been delivered, please contact us as soon as possible. We will file a claim with the carrier who will perform a detailed investigation and potentially involve local law enforcement to recover your package. Upon completion of this investigation we will replace or refund your order as needed. Please allow up to 21 days for the completion of the investigation.

EASY RETURNS

You may request a refund of items sold and fulfilled by BellaGeneration Hair System within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please contact us at (469) 842-0235 for complete instructions on how to return a product to us.
