How do I know that I am using enough shampoo?
Your shampoo may lather less than you're used to because all our formulas are sulfate-free. In some instances, the lather will be very light due to the active ingredients. We recommend starting with a few pumps of our shampoo and massaging the product into your hair and scalp. If you don't feel like you have the proper coating over your hair, we recommend using more product.
Can I order the shampoo and revitalizer separately?
Yes. You are able to log in to your account and reorder or subscribe to receive individual bottles of your shampoo and/or conditioner.
Are your products silicone free?
Yes. All of our products are silicone free.
What size are your bottles?
Our shampoo and revitalizer bottles are 8 fluid ounces.
Is the shampoo and revitalizer color safe?
Yes, all of our products are SLES- and SLS- free. These are the typical ingredients known to cause color-loss.
Are your products paraben-free?
Yes all of our formulations are paraben free.
Are your bottles recyclable?
BellaGeneration uses PET bottles, which are recyclable.
Are your products cruelty free?
Strands is 100% cruelty free.
